MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A police squad car was damaged as a 14-year-old boy was arrested Monday for a warrant, Madison Police Department reported Wednesday.

According to MPD, officers responded around 2:40 p.m. to an apartment on Huxley Street to help Juvenile Corrections.

Police said the teen was allegedly resisting arrest and attempted to fight officers.

The boy allegedly kicked part of the squad car.

He was taken to the Juvenile Reception Center on his corrections warrant, resisting arrest and criminal damage to property charges.
